You may expand your house by increasing the size of rooms building new ones or creating another floor. The last patch update of the 26th of march has not yet. If i were to try to build one on the second floor it would place it on the first floor. However i have stumbled upon the most annoying thing. Foundation and frieze a 4 step tall zone that divide floors also count as levels. Well i can create that but when i remove the floor.
