Once i put some floor tiles outdoor not in a room how can i remove them and get back to original terrain.

I cannot plant in the floor. On your lot use either the basement room tool to create a basement or navigate to the basement level with the page down button and use the standard. If you try to add a new floor tile it simply goes over the existing floor tile without deleting it and giving you simoleons for it. From there delete the 3x2 tiles on top of the basement.
